Dr Simon Exton
The inspiration for the product concept and company ethos is Dr Simon Exton. Simon is a consultant medic working within elderly care in the North Midlands, England. Simon observed that many of his elderly patients failed to thrive in a hospital setting due in part to lack of appropriate nutritional supplements. Simon also has a PhD in Chemistry and extensive knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques.

Dr Tracy White
Tracy has spent her career leading scientific innovation in several organisations. An experienced microbiologist she has developed novel production protocols and created the technical route from lab to commercialisation. She has taken products through regulatory approval processes and is familiar with accreditation and audit practices. She will lead the laboratory activities and new product development for Cosanta.

Ms Christine Jesson
Christine is a vastly experienced scientific team leader with skills in both chemistry and biology research areas. She has worked in product development and innovation. She also has HACCP food safety knowledge and qualifications which will be indispensable to the design and development of the ElderThrive product range.

Dr Cait Murray-Green
Cait is a serial entrepreneur with a PhD in Chemistry as well as marketing and sustainable development qualifications. Mr Alan Fogg
Experienced Business, Operational and Project Change Manager. Skilled in helping lead diverse startups and existing businesses to deliver growth and profitability. Dr Peter Elbourne
Peter comes from a business development, marine sciences and sustainable innovation background. He has successfully built teams in remote and rural regions across the Highlands. Peter navigated the world of investments, product and brand development, supply chain management, food safety regulations and route to market.
